If you have ever wanted a dog but are worried about allergies and their fur everywhere in your house, there are certain breeds that can minimize some of these risks. These dog breeds below have been known to have a low amount of dander to their hair and in most cases will not shed throughout the house.
Even though these dogs are low shed and are considered to be hypoallergenic, people could still find themselves allergic to certain breeds. This usually depends on the severity of the individual’s allergies.
Grooming a Dog With “Hair”
One note that we must point out, that because your dog doesn’t shed its loose fur, you will be required to give them a “hair cut” to keep them looking sharp and to keep them cool in the summer months. They will need regular brushing and baths as well. Some people can do the grooming themselves at home, often time with trimming it’s better left to a professional groomer.
